STUDIED ERGONOMICS
The ergonomics of the Rocean Box have been studied to allow immersion up to the neck in complete comfort, which is essential for a total cold bath experience. This complete immersion allows the Archimedes force to create a pleasant sensation of lightness throughout the body, thus promoting an invigorating experience. In addition, the rear has a rounded shape which allows the head to rest comfortably.

No plumbing connection is required. Simply connect the separate cooling/filter unit to the cold tub using the provided hoses, plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet (220V-50/60Hz), and fill the tub using a simple hose, such as a garden hose. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use.

You can directly connect any hose and drain the bath by simply opening the drain valve.
What is the impact of electricity consumption?

With running water at 20°C and cooling at 5°C per hour, here is the estimated electricity consumption:
Power consumption for cooling up to 3°C:
- Cooling: 1.1 kW/hour.
Example: 0.75 kW x 4 h = 3 kW.
Power consumption for cooling up to 10°C:
- Cooling: 1.1 kW/hour.
Example: 0.75 kW x 2 h = 1.5 kW.
Consumption for maintaining temperature in cooling mode:
The compressor, which cools (or heats) the water in the Rocean bath, will only operate when the water temperature differs by more than 1°C from the desired temperature. Without using the cold bath, the water only heats (or cools) by less than 2°C per day thanks to the high-performance insulation. The pump, which consumes 80 W (approximately 1.9 kWh per day), runs continuously all day to circulate the water and maintain filtration.

The water disinfection system is directly inspired by spas which can conserve water for several months of use with an odorless ozone injector and a 20 micron filter. We recommend adding hydrogen peroxide (see maintenance pack). The filter should be changed approximately every month depending on the intensity of use.

Yes, the cold tub is easy to move. Two people can carry it by lifting it from underneath once the water has been emptied. The tub weighs less than 30 kg and is designed to easily fit through a standard door. Plus, two Rocean Boxes can fit in a 3 m³ utility vehicle, such as a Kangoo, making it extremely practical for events, training courses, and much more.

Two people can stand in the Rocean Box, with water reaching approximately thigh-deep. One person can fully submerge in a seated position, or two for smaller people.

There are three possible immersion positions:
- Seated : Enjoy complete immersion up to the neck, with the ability to comfortably rest your neck thanks to the rounded support integrated into the design.
- Standing : Focus on the legs with water reaching the thighs.
- On your knees : Benefit from immersion up to the top of the pelvis, ideal for targeting the glutes and legs.
