MATERIAL EXPERTISE
Rocean has chosen to use composite material, which meets increasingly important design, functionality, and quality requirements. This material, widely tested in the naval and aerospace industries, whether for ocean crossings or aircraft wing manufacturing, is known for its unquestionable reliability.
The gelcoat outer layer has a pleasant feel. The high mastery of composite technology ensures the cold bath's robustness against weather and the passage of time.
A UNIQUE WORKSHOP WITH MORE THAN 60 ARTISANS
We are proud to have established an exceptional partnership with a shipyard based in Tunisia specialized in the construction of high-end boats and composite parts. Rocean has invested in a portion of the factory and benefits from the expertise of 60 artisans belonging to 14 trades, adhering to European execution standards and norms.
In addition to the facilities enabling technological development of composites and our own assembly line for cold baths, Rocean has its own quality control space to test the proper functioning of the baths before their departure.
