Rocean Box installation

Step 1: Location Requirements
  • Place the Rocean Box on a flat surface capable of supporting 500 kg.
  • Keep it 2 meters away from any electrical device.
  • Position the cooling unit at least 1 meter from the wall.
  • Place the cooling unit away from the weather if it must remain outside.
  • Never install your cooling unit in cupboards, wardrobes or any other small, poorly ventilated space.
  • Allow the cooling unit to stand for 24 hours before turning it on to allow the refrigerant to stabilize.
Note: The black version should be protected from direct sunlight, as it can overheat and accelerate surface aging.
Step 2: Level the feet
  • Make sure the Rocean Box is level. If it isn't, adjust the feet by screwing them in or out.
Step 3: Attach the Mini Ball Valves
• Attach and tighten the mini ball valves to the Rocean Box, ensuring a gasket is in place to ensure a tight seal.
Step 4: Connect the Connectors
  • Connect the fittings to the mini ball valves, ensuring a gasket is in place to ensure a tight seal.
    Step 5: Connect the Mini Ball Valves
    • Connect one end of the hoses to the mini ball valves on the Rocean Box.
      Step 6: Connect the Refrigeration Unit to the Rocean Box
      • Connect the “INLET” hose of the Rocean Box to the “INLET” port of the cooling unit and the “OUTLET” hose of the Rocean Box to the “OUTLET” port of the cooling unit.
        Step 7: Fill the Rocean Box
        • Fill the Rocean Box with a hose.

        Recommendation: Use a pre-filter in the hose to prevent limescale deposits, especially in areas with hard water. This will extend the life of the appliance and prevent limescale buildup.

        Recommended water level: 20 cm from the top.
          Step 8: Connect the Refrigeration Unit
          • Once the Rocean Bain is filled, plug it into a dedicated 220V/240V outlet.
          • Check if water is flowing from the nozzles.
          Recommendation: Use an outlet with an on/off switch.
            Step 9: Turn on the Cooling Unit and Set the Temperature
            WARNING: Do not turn on the Rocean Box until it is filled to the required level. Running the pump without water could immediately damage the unit and void your warranty!
            • Once turned on, the screen will illuminate.
            • Press the “Power” button. You will hear the pumps start.
            • After one minute, the water temperature will be displayed.
            • Use the “+” and “-” buttons to set the desired temperature, from 3°C to 40°C.
            Note: Once activated, the Rocean Box will automatically maintain the water temperature within 1 degree of your selected setting.
