Delivery Policy

At Rocean, we are delighted to offer free delivery for mainland France and we cover half the cost for the rest of Europe. Our goal is to ensure your journey to wellness begins smoothly. We are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding delivery to your address. Our goal is to make your experience with Rocean as smooth and positive as possible, from order to delivery.

Rocean has established a partnership for its logistics in France and Europe with Geodis, one of the world leaders recognized for its seriousness, reliability and carbon neutrality. We strive to maintain an adequate stock of Rocean baths. If the Rocean bath is in stock, delivery throughout Europe will take between 3 and 6 working days. In other cases, please consult the updated delivery times on the product page.

GEODIS Standard Delivery (Free): For those who value economical and efficient delivery, we offer standard delivery at no extra cost.

  1. Geodis will contact you to schedule a delivery time that suits you, by text message and email.
  2. Your Rocean will be delivered directly to your home.

GEODIS premium home delivery: For an enhanced delivery experience, we recommend our premium home delivery service. This service is available as an option.

  1. Geodis will contact you to schedule a delivery schedule via text message and email.
  2. With premium delivery, Geodis' expert team will carefully place your Rocean anywhere in your home, including up to two floors.
  3. They will also take care of the disposal of packaging materials.
  4. Once your Rocean bath is delivered and placed, there is no assembly time; simply find a hookup outlet and fill with water with a hose.

For punctual and express shipments, we work with DHL Express throughout Europe.
